She brings her own experience to her work, as an immigrant from the Philippines, who had her own challenges acculturating to the American Workplace.

Larissa Robideaux is the Executive Director for the Center for Excellence in Nonprofits. Larissa has over 20 years of business experience and a master's degree in Public Administration from San Jose State. Larissa and her parents immigrated to the U.S. from Ireland. A second-generation nonprofit leader, she believes that commitment to quality services empowers the people served and the community as a whole.
