Our Program:
The goal of the American Leadership Network is to educate, empower and inspire Americans to increase their community engagement through innovative leadership development.
This dynamic nine-month program combines interactive learning, relationship-building and practical skills through workshops, shared lived experiences and arts-based approaches.
A key feature of the program is its intergenerational mentorship model, where participants aged 18 to 88 engage in mutual learning and support. This approach fosters connections between established and new Americans, allowing for the exchange of diverse perspectives and experiences.
Participants develop social capital, combat isolation and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging while gaining knowledge to become effective nonprofit board members and community volunteers.
The program emphasizes holistic success, combing personal growth with community impact for Americans of all racial and ethnic backgrounds.
